SEU Battle League – Terms of Use

Effective Date: 26 July 2026

Welcome to the SEU Battle League App. By creating an account, accessing, or using the app, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and using the SEU Battle League App ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and any rules, policies, or procedures issued by the SEU Battle League Administration.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the App.

2. Eligibility

The App is intended for registered participants, collectors, supporters, and approved users of the SEU Battle League.

Users must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for maintaining the security of their account.

3. Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

  • Ensuring account information remains accurate and current.

  • All activity conducted under their account.

  • Logging out of shared devices where appropriate.

Users must not share accounts with other individuals.

4. Battle League Cards

Within the App:

  • Cards are digital assets used solely within the SEU Battle League ecosystem.

  • Card ownership is recorded and managed by the App.

  • Card ownership may change through approved trading activities.

  • The SEU Battle League Administration reserves the right to correct errors relating to card ownership, duplication, redemption, or system faults.

Card ownership has no cash value and may not be exchanged for money through the App.

5. Pack Redemption

Users may redeem eligible Battle League pack codes through the App.

By redeeming a pack code:

  • The code becomes invalid after successful redemption.

  • Pack contents are assigned automatically.

  • Duplicate cards may be received.

  • Redemption decisions are final unless a system error has occurred.

The administration reserves the right to invalidate improperly obtained pack codes.

6. Trading

The App allows users to request, accept, and decline trades.

Users agree that:

  • Trades are voluntary.

  • All accepted trades are final.

  • Once a trade is accepted and processed, ownership transfers cannot be reversed except in cases of proven system error.

  • Users should carefully review trade details before accepting a request.

The administration may intervene where fraudulent activity, exploitation, or technical faults are identified.

7. League Participation

Participation in the Battle League requires compliance with league rules, including:

  • Team submission requirements.

  • Fixture deadlines.

  • Card eligibility requirements.

  • Cooldown restrictions.

  • Competition rules published by the SEU Battle League Administration.

Failure to comply with league rules may result in penalties, removal of submissions, loss of points, suspension, or removal from the competition.

8. Fair Play

Users must not:

  • Exploit bugs or technical issues.

  • Attempt to duplicate cards or assets.

  • Circumvent pack redemption restrictions.

  • Manipulate league results.

  • Create multiple accounts for competitive advantage.

  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other participants.

The administration reserves the right to investigate and act on any behaviour considered detrimental to the league.

9. Manager Names

Users may choose a manager name for use within the App.

Manager names must not:

  • Be offensive or inappropriate.

  • Impersonate another participant.

  • Contain abusive, discriminatory, or misleading content.

The administration may require a manager name to be changed at any time.

10. Availability of the App

While every effort is made to maintain availability:

  • The App may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues.

  • Features may be added, modified, or removed without prior notice.

  • The administration does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

11. Intellectual Property

All Battle League content, including:

  • Card designs

  • League branding

  • Graphics

  • Logos

  • Competition materials

  • App content

remain the property of South East United Football Club or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit App content without permission.

12. Suspension or Termination

The SEU Battle League Administration reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where a user:

  • Violates these Terms of Use.

  • Engages in cheating or misconduct.

  • Manipulates league systems.

  • Uses the App in a manner that impacts the integrity of the competition.

Any such decision will be at the discretion of the administration.

13. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the SEU Battle League Administration will not be liable for:

  • Loss of data.

  • Loss of league position.

  • Trading mistakes made by users.

  • Technical interruptions.

  • Errors arising from third-party services.

  • Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the App.

14. Changes to These Terms

The SEU Battle League Administration may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be made available through the App or associated communication channels.

Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
